Casino Salutes Team Members & Supervisor of Quarter

Gary, Ind., 3/14/03  -  Majestic Star Casino recently named its fourth quarter team members and supervisor award winners.

Anthony McMcKinze (Slot Attendant), Barbara Mayfield (Pit Clerk - Table Games) and Dorothy Armour (Housekeeping Dept), were named Team Members of the Quarter. Enrique Chavez, (Cage dept) was named Supervisor of the Quarter.

"There is no 'I' in team and I'm delighted to represent our department, " said Anthony McKinzie.

"Winning this award is more than my expectation, this is my second time around," said Dorothy Armour.

"I'm honored to be a winner and I hope that some of my peers will work towards this award in the future," said Barbara Mayfield.

"It's a pleasure to be honored," said Enrique Chavez.

Each month a selection committee meets to review nominations to select the winners. The nominees and a guest are invited to a quarterly luncheon, held at the casino. Awards are presented to the winners during the luncheon.
