December 20, 2000 - Casino to Bring Back Exclusive Wheel of Fortune Promo
Grand Prize Includes Trip To Hollywood and Show Audition
Buffington Harbor, Ind. - Majestic Star Casino begins the New Year with another exclusive promotion when it unveils a new and improved version of Wheel of Fortune on Tuesday, January 2nd. This month-long promotion, themed after the popular TV gameshow , gives Club Majestic members the chance to win daily prizes, weekly cash prizes or a grand prize trip to Hollywood.
Club Majestic members are eligible to win instant prizes each day while playing slot machines using their Club Majestic card. Randomly selected Club Majestic members will spin a prize wheel to win cash, restaurant certificates or Majestic merchandise. Daily random prize giveaways which include cash, Wheel of Fortune logo merchandise and Majestic-wear will take place in the casino seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Weekly drawings give four Club Majestic members each week the chance to solve a puzzle to win a $1,000 cash prize. To qualify for the weekly games held on Mondays, club members bring their "play at home card" that they received in their Weekly Club Cash (or New Member welcome letter) to the casino on the day of the drawing. The promotions team will draw four names and each person will have a chance to solve a puzzle for the cash.
The promotion comes to an exciting end on Monday, February 5th when Majestic selects yet another grand prize winner who will receive a trip to California including airfare, hotel accommodations, spending money and the chance to audition to be a contestant on the Wheel of Fortune.
"We're thrilled to bring back our new and improved version of this exclusive promotion," said Tom Fayollat, promotions manager. "Wheel of Fortune has been one of the longest running quiz shows in America and we know our guests will love our latest version of this popular game."
