Wheel of Fortune Promotion Off to a Great Start
Grand Prize Includes Trip To Hollywood and Show Audition

January 4, 2001 - Buffington Harbor, Ind.- Majestic Star Casino began its exclusive Wheel of FortuneŽ promotion on January 2nd giving casino guests the chance to win instant cash and prizes. The new and improved promotion will last throughout the month of January making thousands of Club Majestic members instant winners.

Club Majestic members are eligible to win instant prizes every day throughout the promotion simply by playing slot machines using their Club Majestic card. Club Majestic members are randomly selected to spin a prize wheel to win cash, restaurant certificates or Majestic merchandise. Daily random prize giveaways take place in the casino seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Four Club Majestic members have the chance to solve a puzzle to win a $1,000 cash prize each week. To qualify for the weekly games held on Mondays, club members bring their "play at home" card that they received in their Weekly Club Cash (or New Member welcome letter) to the casino on the day of the drawing. The promotions team will draw four names and each person will have a chance to solve a puzzle like in the popular television game show.

The promotion comes to an exciting end on Monday, February 5th when Majestic sends another grand prize winner on a trip to California for an audition to become a contestant on the Wheel of Fortune show. The grand prize also includes airfare, hotel accommodations and spending money.

"We've had such a great response to this promotion from our club members," said Tom Fayollat, promotions manager. "Our Wheel of Fortune promotion gives us the chance to combine the appeal of one of the most popular TV game shows with great prizes for our guests."
